Terms and Conditions

Note: Orders are said to be confirmed once you submit the order form. Downpayment are non-refundable. However, please do wait for your order confirmation along with your invoice that will be sent in your email before paying.
By making a purchase on our shop, you have read, understood and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions stated as follows:
Payments
1. Settle your payment according to what is stated on the GO as type of payment.
2. Please take note of your DOP, as we cannot always remind you of your responsibility as a buyer. Failure to pay on-time will be subject to 50 pesos per day late payment fee.
3. Combined payments are allowed. Make sure to provide the breakdown of payment in the proof of payment form.
Cancellations
Cancellation of orders will automatically apply once after 1 week of the deadline of payment you still haven’t paid for the amount due. Your orders will be cancelled and you are subject to pay for half of your total order’s price.
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
If your order is under normal eta, it would take around 3-5 weeks to arrive in the Philippines once shipped out in KR Address. However, if your order is under fast eta, it would only take 2-3 weeks after offline release or shipment from Korea. To check the ETA of your orders, kindly refer to the posted group orders. Note that under fast ETA, prices might be higher than the normal ETA.
Shipping Terms
1. Only fully paid orders will be entertained and processed for shipment.
2. Combined shipping is also allowed when it is possible. We will notify you directly if your order/s can possibly be combined.
3. Shipment will take 4-7 days upon arrival of the items in the PH Address for the pre-ordered and as well as the on-hand items.
4. Shipping fees will be collected after filling up the shipping form to be given once the items arrive at the PH Address. You may opt to choose cash on delivery for the shipping fees.
We are not responsible in the event of any loss, damage, liability and delay/s of order due to international courier issues as well as the local courier. For damaged items/manufacturing defects, we encourage you to file a complaint to the courier’s company for we have already made sure that all items are well-packed before it is shipped out.
Storing of Orders
If you do not opt for combined shipment, you will only be given at least 1 month to ship your items.The counting of one (1) month will start from the day we sent you the shipping form.If after a month without notice, yet the items you ordered are still on our PH Address, we will cancel your order and put it on sale even if you paid for the whole item.
Packaging
Default packaging is already included in the price of the items ordered.We assure you that we will take our utmost care of your items and make sure to well-packed them before shipping.
By means of default packaging, we have the bubble wraps, tapes, cardboard for support and the photocard packaging. If you wish to have additional packaging like corrugated box, poster tube, cards etc., kindly put it in your order form.
Issuance of Replacement/Exchange
We highly encouraged everyone to do a clear and unedited unboxing video upon receiving the item/s. We will only shoulder the shipping fee for some cases such as wrong delivery. Buyer should shoulder the fees to be paid if returned due to personal reason or manufacturing defect.
NO CLEAR UNBOXING VIDEO = NO REPLACEMENT
Kindly return the purchased item/s first before we exchange.
Blacklist
Rude and impatient buyers are highly discouraged.Buyer’s who send fake receipts or do some fraudulent acts to the shop will also be blacklisted.Failure to pay in accordance with what was given to you as a type of payment together with the deadlines will render you to be referred to as “Bogus buyer” or “Joy Reserver”. Thus, you will be blacklisted from our shop.
